No. 01I cannot sign in
Use the email address your invite was sent to, then tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. Full steps in Getting into your account.
No. 02How do I book a bay or a room?
In the app, from the home screen. Tap the button for the kind of space you want, pick the day and time, tap the space, then tap Book now. See Booking a space.
No. 03Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, yourself, in the app, up to 4 hours before it starts. Inside 4 hours the booking is charged as normal, even if you cancel it.
No. 04When am I billed?
On the 5th of each month. The first invoices in the new system go out on November 5. See Payments and billing.
No. 05Is there a website login?
Not at the moment. Your account lives in the app. You can still pay an invoice from the email in a web browser.
No. 06Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Meeting and office guests are welcome, with no guest fee. Golf guests in the simulator bays carry a guest fee per session, which goes on your invoice. Guests check in at reception when they arrive.
No. 07When can I come in?
Members can use the club 24 hours a day, every day. Someone from the club is here 8 AM to 5 PM Central on business days.

We are on the sixth floor
From Monday, November 2, Clubhouse Edina is in Suite 600 on the sixth floor of 6550 York Avenue South. Take the elevator to 6.
Our app is Clubhouse Edina Members, free on the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with the email address your welcome email came to.
If you have been using the Optix app, it is the same login and everything carries over, so you can delete it once you are in. The older Clubhouse Edina app from our previous system is retired, so delete that one too.
