Finding us and getting in

| Member access | Members can use the club 24 hours a day, every day. |
| Staffed hours | Someone from the club is here 8 AM to 5 PM Central on business days. |
| Getting in | The elevators open straight into the club. Members with a fob go straight in. Anyone without a fob, guests included, checks in at reception. Fobs belong to the club, so if yours is lost or stolen, tell us right away. A replacement fob is charged to your account. |
| Wi-Fi | Ask at reception for the network name and password. |
| Parking | Members and guests park in the lot. Members with dedicated parking use the ramp. |
Guests
- You host your guests. You stay with them the whole time they are here, and you are responsible for how they treat the space and other members.
- Guests check in at reception when they arrive and are signed in under your name, since they do not have a fob.
- Meeting and office guests are welcome, with no guest fee. Invite them to your booking in the app and they get an email with the details.
- Golf guests in the simulator bays carry a guest fee per session, which goes on your invoice.
- Guests must be 21 or older.
House rules
- Book before you use a bay or a room, so nobody walks into someone else’s time.
- Cancel when plans change, so another member can use the space. Cancel at least 4 hours ahead, or the booking is charged as normal.
- Leave the bay ready for the next person. The shut-down steps are at the end of the Trackman guide.
- Call rooms are for calls. They are included with every membership, so keep them free for the next person when you are done.
- Pick up after yourself and your guests, and help keep the club clean for everyone.
- Keep noise and calls down in shared spaces so other members can work.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere in the club.
- Alcohol in the simulator bays follows the posted rules and staff direction.

Contact Admin
Tap Menu, scroll to Contact Admin, type your message and tap Send. Our reply shows up in your messages, under the message icon at the top right.
At the club
Find us during staffed hours and we can sort most things on the spot.
Changes to your membership? Want to change your plan, add a locker, or move to an office? Talk to us and we will set it up.
